What You Need First
Before you start playing at casino luckytwice, gather the following items to ensure a smooth experience:
- A valid email address and a phone number that can receive SMS messages for verification.
- At least one government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID card) for KYC procedures.
- A stable internet connection – we recommend a minimum of 5 Mbps for live dealer games.
- A payment method that supports instant deposits, such as Visa, Mastercard, or a reputable e-wallet like Skrill or Neteller.
- A clear understanding of your local gambling laws – luckytwice casino online operates under a Curacao license, which means winnings may be subject to local income tax in some jurisdictions.
Creating Your Account
Follow these steps to register and start playing at luckytwice:
- Visit the luckytwice website and click the green «Sign Up» button in the top-right corner.
- Enter your email address, choose a strong password (at least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols), and select your preferred currency.
- Provide your full name, date of birth, and residential address exactly as they appear on your ID. Any mismatch can delay withdrawals.
- Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox. Then verify your phone number via the SMS code prompt.
- Complete the first deposit using a method of your choice. The minimum deposit is typically €10 or equivalent.
- Optionally, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in the security settings for added account protection.
How Wagering Works
Wagering requirements determine how many times you must play through a bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings. At luckytwice, a common bonus offer is a 100% match bonus up to €200 with a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Here is how to calculate the total playthrough:
Formula: Total Wagering = Bonus Amount × Wagering Multiplier
Example: You deposit €100 and receive a €100 bonus. The 35x wagering requirement applies to the bonus only. So:
€100 (bonus) × 35 = €3,500 total wagering required.
Now, let’s say you play a slot game with an RTP of 96.5%. The expected loss per spin is 100% – 96.5% = 3.5%. Over the €3,500 wagering, the expected loss is:
€3,500 × 0.035 = €122.50.
Your starting balance is €200 (deposit + bonus). After meeting the wagering requirement, you can expect to have roughly €200 – €122.50 = €77.50 left, assuming average luck. However, note that not all games contribute equally to wagering. Slots typically count 100%, while table games may count only 10–20%. Always check the game contribution percentages in the terms and conditions.
Money In, Money Out
Deposits and withdrawals at luckytwice are straightforward. The table below outlines the most common methods:
| Payment Method | Deposit Time | Withdrawal Time | Minimum Amount |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa/Mastercard | Instant | 1–3 business days | €10 |
| Skrill | Instant | Up to 24 hours | €10 |
| Neteller | Instant | Up to 24 hours | €10 |
| Bank Transfer | 1–3 business days | 3–7 business days | €20 |
| Cryptocurrency (BTC/ETH) | Instant (pending network confirmations) | Up to 2 hours | €20 equivalent |
Important: Withdrawals are processed only after full KYC verification. The casino may request additional documents like a utility bill or bank statement. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction (typically €4,000) and per month (€10,000).
Safety & Licensing
Luckytwice casino online operates under a Curacao eGaming license, which provides a basic level of regulatory oversight. The site uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data during transmission. For account security, we recommend enabling 2FA and using a unique password. Be aware that Curacao-licensed casinos do not offer the same player protection as MGA or UKGC licenses; for example, dispute resolution is handled by the Curacao Gaming Control Board, which may have limited resources. Always check your local tax obligations – winnings from Curacao casinos may be taxable in your home country.
Support Guide
Customer support at luckytwice is available 24/7 via live chat and email. Here are five common scenarios and how to handle them:
- Forgotten password: Click «Forgot Password» on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact live chat.
- Withdrawal delay: If your withdrawal request is pending for more than 48 hours, first verify that all KYC documents are submitted. Then contact support via live chat with your player ID and transaction reference.
- Game not loading: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. If the issue persists, try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended) or disable ad-blockers.
- Bonus not credited: Ensure you entered the bonus code during deposit (if applicable). Check the bonus terms for minimum deposit requirements. If the bonus still does not appear, take a screenshot of the deposit confirmation and contact support.
- Account verification rejection: Review the document requirements – your ID must be a clear photo of the front and back, and the utility bill must be dated within the last three months. Resubmit with better-quality scans if needed.

Pro Tips
For the best chances of extending your playtime, focus on slot games with high RTP (Return to Player) percentages. Look for slots with RTP above 97%, such as Blood Suckers (98%) or Starmania (97.87%). Avoid games with low RTP like many classic table game variants that have a house edge above 5% – for example, American roulette (95.8% RTP) or certain keno games (as low as 85%). For wagering requirements, always play 100% contribution games (slots) first to clear the bonus faster. If you prefer table games, be aware that they contribute only 10–20% to wagering, meaning you need to wager significantly more to meet the terms.
In summary, luckytwice offers a solid gaming experience with clear terms and a variety of payment options. By understanding the wagering math, verifying your account early, and choosing high-RTP games, you can maximize your time on the platform. Always gamble responsibly and set limits before you start playing.
